Anotalia is beta software, provided as-is. Meeting audio/video, transcripts, and AI-generated notes are sent to Recall.ai and OpenAI to be processed.
You're responsible for getting consent from meeting participants before recording, as required by law where you operate. Anotalia's bot posts an automatic in-chat notice on Zoom, Meet, and Teams.
Recordings are automatically deleted 14 days after each meeting. Transcripts and derived notes are kept as your workspace's memory.
If your workspace stays on the free trial, all workspace data is permanently deleted 30 days after signup. Your login remains active.
You can permanently delete any meeting at any time from your dashboard.
